This photo was taken two days after planting. I learned that the early stages of a seed starting to sprouting meant that germinating was taking place. The weather has been constant sunshine in the 80's for the past couple of weeks. The plants were able to have more than 6 hours of sunshine. However, today was the first day we've had rain and clouds in a while in the summer. I was a little worried because I heard that drastic changes in weather isn't good for plants though there wasn't much I could do to control the weather. I took it as an opportunity for the plants to soak in the natural rain from the sky rather than using the hose. Thankfully having the large container I was able to easily transport them all at once. I was excited to see the small peeks of green coming out of the soil, it amazed me how fast this process was.
